Question - How long does it take for a web design to be completed? Answer - Usually within 10-15 working days, although the most common delay in the creation of the website is waiting for content (text and images) to be sent to us by the client. Question - I would like you to design my website, what do I do now? Answer - If you would like to use our services just contact us. All you need to do is inform us of the domain name that your require and we will then purchase this on your behalf. We will then design an initial page for you based on your guidance. This is then refined and changed in consultation with you until a satisfactory design is reached. We then need you to provide us with the content and images for your website and the we start to design the website for you. Question - Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting? Answer - No we do everything for you. Question - Do I need to send a deposit? Answer - Yes, we generally ask for a 50% deposit from clients. Question - How do I get listed in the major search engines? Answer - If you purchase a Website package from us we will register you with the top FREE search engines including:- Google, MSN and Yahoo. For further information on search engine submission click here. Question - What support do you offer? Answer - After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out free of charge in the first month after your website has gone live. Any support thereafter will be charged at our hourly rate of £35. |
